Thasos – or Thassos

Kefalonia – A Green – Blue Harmony

Zakynthos – ”Flower of the East”
is a verdant island endowed with fertile valleys and a temperate climate. The third largest island of the Ionian Sea, after Corfu and Kefaloniá, is internationally known as “Zante”.

Shipwreck Beach, is an exposed cove. On 2 October 1980, a Freightliner, the MV Panagiotis, ran aground in the waters around Zakynthos Island during stormy weather and bad visibility. It has been rumored the ship was smuggling contraband such as cigarettes, wine, and women. The ship was abandoned and still rests buried in the limestone gravel of the beach that now bears the nickname Shipwreck.

Peloponnese

Cape Sounio
is the promontory at the southernmost tip of the Attic peninsula, 8 kilometers south of the town of Lavrio. Cape Sounion is noted for its Temple of Poseidon, one of the major monuments of the Golden Age of Athens. Its remains are perched on the headland, surrounded on three sides by the sea.

Mykonos – The Island of the Winds
is the most cosmopolitan island, a dreamy destination for aspiring Greek gods and goddesses, whitewashed paradise in the heart of the Cyclades. According to mythology, Mykonos was formed from the petrified bodies of giants killed by Hercules.
