Do You Have An Outgoing Personality?

Just read some of your working duties, expectations and policies expected by the Agency and the Hotel:

  • Always be on time
  • Always have a smile on your face
  • Do not prioritize any guests in the hotel
  • You are always available in assisting the guests
  • You never act tired or bored in front of the guests
  • You are the first to say "Hello" to the hotel guests
  • Use of any illegal drugs, or narcotics will lead to immediate dismissal
  • You should not be irresponsible for the amount of alcohol you consume
  • Never discuss personal problems involving your colleagues, or the Agency with any hotel guests, or staff
  • You should be confident and have a sympathetic manner, both with the guests, and with your fellow workers
  • Whenever you are in the hotel, behave properly and be polite towards hotel guests, staff and your colleagues.

Are Your Communication Skills at the Required Level?

  • If you are wrong, admit it immediately
  • Show the others they are of importance
  • Always start conversation in pleasant and kind way
  • The best way to avoid conflict is to change the subject
  • Show true interest in conversation and be a good listener
  • Respect opinion of the others and never say - you are wrong
  • You should have a natural instinct to know when to wind down the conversation
  • Let conversation be lead by the other and show understanding for the wishes of the other.
